Are estate agents still showing properties?

We are due to put the house on the market this week. However, with the latest news coming from the PM, should we go ahead and will estate agents even be working?
I guess it will be a supply and demand thing but we are so unsure like many what we should do, we are end of chain. On the one had we want to get on with it and on the other there are strict rules about socialising.
What are your thoughts?

I think you'd need to combine your house-viewing with your one permitted piece of outdoors exercise. No, I doubt it's going to be practicable.

Last night's Government guidance (below) does not specifically mention geezers with liveried minis, shiny suits and gelled hair, but simply says
"All retail with notable exceptions" must close. Exceptions are listed as; "Supermarkets and other food shops, health shops, pharmacies including nondispensing pharmacies, petrol stations, bicycle shops, home and hardware shops, laundrettes and dry cleaners, bicycle shops, garages, car rentals, pet shops, corner shops, newsagents, post offices, and banks".
So while online sale sites will, presumably display properties, I wouldn't let strangers wander round my house at the mo...
