I'm really worried as I resigned from my previous employment on 29th February,I started my new employment on 6th march am I entitled to get 80% of my pay with my new employer,my new employer says it may be a problem,any advice would be greatly appreciated

This question has been addressed many times already. Your new employer has to apply to the coronavirus job retention scheme and then furlough you. There is doubt as to whether it applies to people joining after 29 February, because we don't have the details yet.0
