Living with high risk COPD OAP

Hello,
Please help!!! Myself, my husband and our friend all live with my parents. Both are over 70 years old and my Father has COPD. My husbands company has told them not to come in which is great, but the lodgers company are saying he still has to work. He's a delivery driver, but does not deliver essentials. Is he classed as a key worker? I'd personally say no, but maybe I'm wrong.
Where does he stand if he says he can't work due to living with a high risk OAP. Can he claim the 80% wage from the government?
