Shared care child arrangements

In light of Boris’ announcement, my ex has contacted me to say I am not to have any contact with my daughter until he lifts the lock down. Because he did not specifically speak about it in his speech she has taken that to mean she can’t see me because I’m in a different house. I think that this is totally wrong - if I pick my daughter up she will come straight to my home and be indoors with us - she is at no further risk and if me or my partner have any symptoms we wouldn’t be so irresponsible as to have her in the house. My ex is still working and will be taking her to her mother’s house for child care which is even more frustrating. Does anyone know if there’s been any guidance around this?
I can’t bear the idea of not seeing my little girl for at least 3 weeks (and let’s face it, it’s going to be a lot longer). There isn’t a court order in place yet despite going through the courts for over a year now, she tries her hardest to stop me having contact and this is just another excuse. Please help!
