Notice given from employers

I was given my notice at work on Monday 16th of March. This doesn’t relate to Coronavirus. The problem is that I am a type 1 diabetic who had a kidney transplant just under 2 years so I am now in self isolation so getting a new role is going to be very difficult. Over the last week jobs advertised on line are becoming less and less. I have already signed up for universal credit and taken a three month mortgage holiday. Can someone let me know what I can or can’t do with regard to my old employers and benefits. Many thanks Matthew
