If you are not due to travel in the next week then no need to contact.

If it's about a refund then there's a huge backlog , you will get an email at some point. Likely to be vouchers not cash

  • I managed to get through and they were rude, no help.  Bascially unless your flight is cancelled, they arent interested.  Had email this morning from easyjet offering me free move of my flights, but with jobs at stake I want a refund. Family member meant to fly in 3 weeks and myself in 4.  Obviously no one is going anywhere for at least 2 months. So i would wait for your flight to be cancelled first. Then contact them.  It is a confusing time

My last instalment’s due to come out tomorrow. They’ve confirmed I can ‘no longer travel’ on 10th April to Portugal. Ryanair also emailed to offer change of flights.
If I stop the payment or cancel the booking where do I stand? Can I still get a refund?
  • Got an email from them this evening offering voucher for full amount I paid for hotel in Edinburgh. No refund and voucher valid until 25/3/21.
