As per my previous post..
I proposed the 1st or 9th April to my buyers to complete however they have to give two months notice on their rented property. They can cover one month where they pay rent and mortgage payments but not two months.
my solicitor will not exchange without completing the same day because of the pandemic and not being able to know if completion can take place.. so what would you guys do?
I don’t want to annoy the buyer and by the sounds of it they don’t have any intention on pulling out but I just don’t know what to do for the best right now..

Your buyers always knew they had a 2 month notice period on their rental and should have saved the rent to cover it.
Are they expecting you to have a 2 month delay between exchange and completion?
Are they expecting you to pay them 1 month rent to cover it? If so, hope their mortgage company is aware.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
They will be paying mortgage and rent for one month but they want one month between exchange and completion which my solicitor is saying isn’t possible at the moment.
Problem is that I need to exchange for my new build by Friday.. nightmare!
