Self employed with one company for 16 months

Hi - please could I ask for some advice? I have been working as a self employed consultant for one business for the last 16 months continuously. I have received paid 5 weeks holiday each 12 months.
I am now facing the chop due to the pandemic at the end of this week with no notice period. My initial 12 month contract had a 45 day notice period but I belive this has been changed in the last extension.
Could anyone offer me some advice where I stand with this? Am I considered an employee after this period of time? Does the holiday pay mean that I am an employee? Or is it reality that I am unemployed in 4 days time?
Thanks so much

You may technically be an employee (with the attendant tax consequences) but it is doubtful whether it matters much, as you would only qualify for one week's statutory paid notice and no statutory redundancy (unless you find that your contract states otherwise).0
