We booked a ski train for April which has obviously been cancelled now and we have been offered the standard e-voucher which we don't want as we wont use it. We requested a refund from Eurostar as we booked directly on their website and they have replied saying that we booked through an agent and not directly with them? I have checked the bank statement and it says Eurostar Internet. Anyone else had any issues with this? £1500 is something I could do with right now rather than an e-voucher!
