Kiwi.com refund?
Hi, me and my friends recently had our flights cancelled for our holiday in August, which we had booked through the company Kiwi.com. This company have now stated to us that we can not get any of our money back as cash, we can only get around 60% of what we paid back as vouchers for their company. They have given us 24 hours to decide whether we want the vouchers or none of our money back at all. Obviously with this horrific customer service we do not want to use this company again in case we face similar issues next time. We paid on debit card, and the flights aren’t ATOL protected. Is there anything we can do to get our rightful refund in cash?

Unfortunately you decided to use a company that even before this covid-19 issue had quite poor customer feedback. You might wish to search google for the literally thousands of complaints about kiwi.com.
They are based in the Czech Republic. Whilst for flight-only you would not of had ATOL protection anyway, your protection and recourse options with Kiwi will differ from if you had booked with a UK trading business.
I suspect a voucher offer might be the best you are going to get. Sorry.0
