I've had a payment of £38.15 taken from my account from SuccessfulCoin.co.uk, I have no idea who/where/what this is, I have contacted my bank, who will not refund the payment, I have also contacted SuccessfulCoin.co.uk, they are a budget management company.
Anyone else had this happen to them?

Possibly, but that's not important right now.
Cancel your subscription with them and ask them to evidence where you signed up. Take it from there.1 -
