If your complaint was successful, then the other 50% will go to your wife.0

The point is only I claimed, I didn't think about my wife claiming separately. As my claim is successful can she still make a claim even though the deadline has passed.0

Neither of you are making claims. You made a complaint of mis selling which has been upheld.
Your wife needs to contact the bank to confirm details of receiving her 50%.1 -

It doesn't need both of you to make the complaint. All you need to do is inform the bank that the other party is your wife and you are still married and use the same joint account. So, they can make a full refund.
I suspect at the moment, the staff member thinks you are no longer together. (50% refund on separation/divorce is normal. Not on current marriage)

I found the bank helpline & they have confirmed she can be added to the refund and get her 50%1
