Norwegian Cash Points + 20%

Hi, I'm being offered from Norwegian, in light of my tickets being cancelled, full refund or cashpoints + 20%.
Whilst I understand the risk of taking points is that Norwegian may not be around in near future to honor them does anyone know the situation if I was to immediately rebook a flight (say in October) using them. This would then cover the cost of my youngest who was 1 but will be at least 2 by the time this ends.
If a flight is booked under cashpoints and the airline subsequently fold, am I still covered by:
a) Regulatory body - although if they are paying out for a lot of flights there may be no money in the pot
b) My insurance, they may say I knew what I was getting myself into when I booked.
c) Credit card - I expect that any support I would have from my credit card would probably be void.
Thoughts or educated input please. I would like to make a decision soon.
Thanks

Run a mile, cash is the only safe way in these uncertain times.
Norwegian were shaky before this; so I'd be running with the cash.0
