    Possibly suggest to the letting agent that there could be an open day but that the landlord would have to pay for a professional clean at the end of the day? Do not worry about being sued for not allowing viewings that would never happen in these circumstances. 
    An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......
  • Absolutely not, I'd be telling them no. 
    All it takes is one airbourne particle to land on a surface where it can survive for days to be picked up and you're ill.
