Jet 2 - No refund

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Have a platinum account with NatWest which has services which holders can use - holidays being one. In January I booked (through the NatWest holiday service) a  1 week holiday to Lanzarote leaving on 12th April. The full balance was paid with barclycard - and in addition I get free holiday insurance from Nat west with the platinum account.  I had all confirmation and the holiday was booked with Jet2holidays. Obviously all current travel is cancelled so we will not be going. So today I contacted Jet2holidays as I have not heard anything. They informed me that I need to contact the agent who booked the holiday (NatWest). On contacting NatWest travel they informed me Jet2holidays will not be issuing refunds and that they will issue a voucher (nice of them) to the full vale of the holiday that must be booked by end of June and taken before 31st march next year. Due to personal circumstances my holiday plans later in the year do not fall in line with what Jet2holidays are offering and being forced to take something by the end of March 2021 is unfair. I have tried to contact Nat west insurance but they are not available today. Feel this is going to be a merry go round.

So is my recourse with NatWest travel or NatWest insurance or would the barclycard option be the best route.

Providing Jet2 Holidays have actually cancelled the package holiday, given the back and forth so far and the offer of only a voucher, I would probably now approach the credit card company and ask them about a section 75 claim.
