Dry skin remedies

My little yorkie has got such dry skin lately. I give her a tsp of coconut oil and also salmon oil in her diet. I’ve tried some pet shampoo and conditioning treatment, but alas she’s very dry at the moment.
What suggestions do you have for dry skin remedies please ?

Try a cream from Jollyes, lavender and T tree.
please don't bother your vet currently unless it is urgent. They too are trying to cut down face to face contact and deal with accident, emergencies and pain cases.

    Does she have itchy skin?

If not, you can always use Virbac Sebolytic shampoo once weekly. Very good for scaly skin.

She does have itchy skin.. and trust me, I never take my dog to the vet apart from her annual boosters. Otherwise I will research and home cure if I can.

virbac sounds good.. I’ll look now

Don't know if Anicura and/or  Camrosa ointment would be useful here. Haven't used either personally (on my dogs!!) but they both seem to have good reviews
