How to find newly listed FTSE100/250 companies?

    500 Posts Second Anniversary
    sxx  was a company thought by many to be a rising star,  which left AIM ,  got a main listing   and  went straight into the  250 index.   I think it had a market cap of circa 1.5 billion.

    The shareprice had at one stage  been around 50p   but last  autumn everything went pear-shaped and the share price crashed. 
    The company is now being sold with shareholders being offered 5.5p per share , leaving  many shareholders with very large losses.

    Investing in new companies is risky,   even if everything seems sweetness and roses when you invest.
