People will have to make sacrifices

I am getting a bit fed up of the attitude of some people. If you are on the breadline, won't be able to pay for food, bills, mortgage and the rent, that is one thing. You need help. However there are too many people who think that this should impact them in noway. I'm sorry but you can't expect the government to maintain your lifestyle or finances in this crisis. Its priority is to keep people alive and keep the economy going.
A good example is the way the keyworker scheme is being abused. If you have a partner who is not a keyworker, who is unemployed and on maternity. They should be looking after the kids, instead of you selfishly sending your kids into the school to potentially spread virus. The scheme is for people who have no other option, childcare of last resort. It is not there because looking after you kids would lead to a loss of income or inconvenience you.
The level of selfishness I have witnessed during this crisis is shocking. You are going to have to make sacrifices, start thinking of others and less about yourself.
