Boiler Vent

I have a Ideal Logic combi 24 boiler. The fan is getting very noisy when there is any wind outside. I would like to stop the wind from blowing back into the vent. The picture below is of the vent as it is now. Is it possible to use a 4 inch gravity flap? I know they can be used for extraction fans but dont know if they can be used for boiler vents? Or is there another way to stop the wind blowing back into the boiler and causing this noise?

Don't put a flap on it, they are not designed for that and could in fact be dangerous. Also, don't attempt to do any work to it yourself. Works on vent pipes require a gas safe installer.2
