Wizz Air flight - Not yet cancelled

Hi all,
I have a flight booked on Thursday going to Budapest that looks like it will still be going ahead but I cannot fly due to Hungary closing its borders. Can I claim on my insurance for not being able to fly does anyone know? I have paid by credit card but Wizz Air are not offering refunds if their flight is still confirmed.
