Lost my job

Hi, I'm in a unusual situation. I am training to become a personal trainer alongside my admin job. I gave up my admin job on friday (end of my notice) as I was going to do more hours in the gym where I've been doing some hours. But now they are closed. I was going to register as self employed last week but dont know what to do now. I have no income. So far I have only learnt around £300 from taking sessions at the gym. Any advice welcome. Thanks
