Ninth Anniversary 10 Posts Combo Breaker

Hi. My partner was laid off with virtually no pay this week. Hopefully with the announcement about extra funding he might get something. However as the mortgage is in my name would we still be able to apply for a mortgage holiday ? Without his wages we are going to struggle. I work for the nhs so my job is secure. Thanks for any advice

    You should talk to your mortgage provider as soon as possible.

    All you can do is be persistent. There are no hard and fast rules so it is down to each lender to decide whether or not to help.
