Whilst I can see that it might be an appealing solution, I think it would lead to chaos. I simply do not trust this government, or any of its departments to get anything right and it would undoubtedly lead to hundreds more insoluble tangles, with many people having years of legitimately paid National Insurance contributions being lost, and ultimately unable to receive full State Pensions.0

its amazing , people dont think twice about divulging personal details probably ,everyday. Everytime you use a card you are at risk , how many times do you divulge name , address , date of bith , bank details .
Even on social networking sites people have loads of info in full view , and do you know who you talk to online?
Yet a few disks go missing and everyone panics?.0
