Self employed on working tax credits should I or can I change to Universal credit?

I'm a self employed homeworking Travel Agent understandably in current climate no one is booking, those we have booked and had to cancel my commissions will no doubt be returned ( No holiday's No comm's) any that are due my travel company has decided to suspend any payments on the assumption that these holidays will get cancelled at some point and we would have pay the commission back as many others are facing a deficit in the commissions because of this. I have a second part time job zero hours contract working for the betting in football stadiums and obviously no football no money. 
I currently get around £217 monthly in working tax credit on the basis I'm working 40 + hours, as I'm not working do I claim Universal Credit instead? 
I'm struggling to get help, I got rejected for a business overdraft as my credit rating not great borderline fair, I've applied for supermarket jobs so hoping to get some kind of income. No mortgage to pay as I moved back to my Mums to care for her and also to clear my debts.
