Income protection insurance

Hi, I was looking to get income protection insurance but I don't know where to begin. I can't seem to find any articles on the site?!
I have just got life insurance through AIG so maybe they could help?
I only get 4 weeks full pay if I'm off sick so I'm keen to get something in place just in case.
Thanks
David.

Just to make you aware, a good number of insurers are now writing corona virus exclusions automatically on any new applications received which are designed to start paying out after 4-8 weeks or less. If this pandemic is your main concern you'll need to be pretty choosy about which insurer to use.0
