Anyone know if it's possible to transform my 123 account into an Everyday one while keeping the same account number and direct debits?

Yes, I did it - search this forum for details.

It involves an extraordinary length of time on the phone but we got there in the end.

When I downgraded my 123 to a Lite I did it online by clicking 'upgrade' and selecting the account I wanted to change it to. Have you tried this?
