Stay sure Insurance! £25 cancellation fee in cooling off period.

Last weekend I came on this website for help with travel insurance for a trip in April.
I followed the advice on MSE given our current crisis and booked with your recommendation of Stay Sure.
After 6 days of trying to get hold of them after my holiday was cancelled, they have charged me £25 cancellation fee! It is a disgrace.
Given that most short trip insurance is between £10-£15 for a single parent family. I am really disappointed.

£25 cancellation fee is in their terms and conditions that you agreed to when you took the policy out
