Student rent help?

my daughters university has closed, switching to online classes after Easter. No graduation ceremony in July etc. She has therefore come home (home is in Spain) to be in lockdown with us rather than on her own. She signed a contract to rent her shares house for the academic year but now none of the students will be there. Her rent includes bills but these will be significantly lower with no students at home. Her rent is £455 per month - are there any government plans to help students in this case? Thank you.

If the university is doing online classes then I presume that she is still receiving grants/loans?0
