retailers returns policy amid coronavirus

I have been self isolating and now my husband is ill and I have been told I need to isolate for up to 14 days.
Prior to getting ill I had done some online shopping and was in the process of returning items back to the store.
I want to know what rights do we have as consumers amid this outbreak in regards to returns. I don't have anyone who can do it for me.
Are we going to hear from retailers extending their returns policy seeing that we are now in lock down?
