Holiday Cancellation

I booked  a package with Cruise.co.uk that started with 3 days in Cape Town, then a cruise from there to Venice, ending up with 3 nights in Venice before flying home. The whole holiday which was booked as a package, has now been cancelled as it was due to start on 10th April, The company are saying that they will compensate me for the flights and hotel but I can only get a Future Cruise Credit voucher for that part of the package, I have no desire to cruise with this company on the future, it was only this itinerary that interested me, Can I demand the full costs back or do I have to live with the Cruise Credit.

I'm in a similar situation. Booked through gocruise, was due to depart on the 17th March, cruise cancelled on the 14th March. I am able to get the money for the cruise refunded, (but it will be at least 3 months), have been told to claim on insurance for flights, hotel and transfers. It was booked as a travel agent package and I have not got a breakdown of the individual costs, don't know how much the cruise was on it's own. Who should I be claiming from?
