Ryanair no communications

Hi, I know there are lots of negative comments about Ryanair, and Twitter is crammed with them... but any advice welcome please! Due to fly to Spain last Sunday, after FCO advised against travel to Spain, Ryanair sent generic email that flight times would be disrupted and we could change flights free of charge. As far as we can tell, the flight did leave 4 hours late, but we have been unable to click or change anything on booking, and no reply to emails. To choose similar flights in 2 months time is £100 extra per person.
