Covid-19: Cheap Airport Parking Refunds on NON-FLEX tickets

We were due to fly out over easter, our holiday was cancelled because of the COVID-19 situation. We had booked airport parking with https://www.skyparksecure.com/ found on the Money Saving Expert. NCP have taken a reasonable approach to customers who booked directly with them as per there announcement https://www.ncp.co.uk/help-centre/coronavirus-update/ and have offered customers who bought NCP NON-FLEX parking 12 month voucher to use a later stage. NCP are not dealing with customers directly that have used third party websites such as skyparksecure as my case. Skyparksecure are not willing to pass on the same offer.
