just wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this may mean?.
i work CIS and rely on my tax rebate as nice boost to my income as i don't benefit from the personal allowance until my return, plus my business expenses through the year come out as and when so i can claim some of them too.
this decision has basically cut my lifeline off through this time as far as i understand it and i was relying on my rebate when work stops. I was literally counting down the days until i could put my return in
is there any where pressure can be applied to highlight this issue as this has caused panic amongst the many thousands of builders on this scheme
thanks.

Hi, my partner is also cis. This news is another kick in the teeth as his tax rebate is a lifeline for us also. Have you been able to get some confirmation on what this means for all those wanting to file a return in April0
