Camino trip easter 2020 through travel counsellors

We are a party of 4 who have booked to travel on good Friday to biarritz from Dublin with Ryan air then transfer to st jean pied de port to commence walking along the Camino way into Spain to Pamplona over the course of 6days.
We booked through a company called ‘travel counsellors’ who made the arrangements via a company called Camino ways.
After initially quoting for flights we were then told to book or own flights which we did - travel counsellors booked hotels and transfers.
In light of all the travel advice we don’t know what the truth is as far as cancellation/refund.
My friend paid for the flights and hotels etc on her marks and Spencer’s credit card.
In light of all the foreign office advice about not to travel and the ongoing situations in France and Spain where non essential travel is now banned where do we stand as far as cancelling and refunds.
The person who paid for the trip with her credit card has travel insurance however the rest of us don’t as we couldn’t get any.
Travel counsellors has said we can reschedule for free however we can not commit to a future date due to job uncertainty.
Marks and Spencer’s credit card offered no assistance.
Have we any genuine expectation to get a refund.
I have found travel counsellors to be ‘evasive’ and not really taking our concerns seriously.
Suggestions please....we are frantic with worry and are worried about the impending financial concerns as the Coronavirus crisis continues.

Thank you
