My wife is self employed and earns £115 pw I am in full time work and work from home now due to poor health. My wife’s wage makes a difference in buying food etc. Her work has dried up and we are unsure if she can claim anything. Any advice would help us stop worrying. Thank you stay safe

You may br able to claim Universal Credit https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/
It depends on the numbers. There are benefit calculators here https://www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators. You can use these to assess your likely entitlement. (I doubt these will be completely up to date as I they probably haven't been altered to reflect yesterday's announcement about changes to the standard allowances).Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
