    1. Wake up as you normally would, take a shower, get changed as if you were going to leave this house. This helps enormously in getting you in the right frame of mind to tackle your day's work.

    2. Make you sure you have breakfast! Its so easy to forget breakfast and dive straight into your work, so make sure you eat something before starting work.

    3. As above, make sure you have a proper lunch break. Its very easy to skip lunch or eat whilst continuing to look at your work. Switch off/log off from your work and actually take a break for your lunch!

    4. (Subject to your isolation status) Try get some fresh air during working hours, even if its just a brisk 5 minute walk. This will give you some good exercise, fresh air and help you clear your mind.

    5. Make sure you switch off and log off from work when you are supposed to, as with lunch, it becomes very easy to work into the night without realising it. For example, I have set myself 'working hours' at my home, so I always start at 8am, lunch is 12.30-1.30pm and I finish at 4.30pm.

    6. Try stay connected with your colleagues/team at work who you would usually speak with, whether its phone calls, conference calls or video conferences, stay in touch!
