Scottish Widows have not sold any of their legacy book.   So, you shouldn't have gone through any process with their plans.

Zurich sold their platform to Embark but its still the same software, accounts etc.  Just a logo change.   However, the legacy Zurich book is still with Zurich (i.e. Allied Dunbar, Eagle Star and Zurich originals)

Maybe you are referring to something different (such as a workplace pension provider being changed by the employer)?

I must admit, I thought that was just on the corporate side and didnt involve individual pensions and all the staff and call centre workers etc were transferred over as part of it.
However, that isn't the same as what is happening with L&G.

I presume won't be able to access policies through L&G website anymore but need to setup a new account etc with Reassure?  I too did not/have not received any correspondence on this and didn't even know it was happening.
Have they got your address/contact details correct if others have and you have not?

Hiya, yep all my details are correct. Haven't received any emails on this or anything through the post. Guess I should give it a while and see if they send anything and if not give them a call. Thank you 👍
Just my opinion, no offence 🐈

I phoned them about this problem last week, they said they're in the process of sending everything out and they're hoping everyone will have been contacted before the transfer takes place. The new portal isn't active yet anyway.

It is not a new product.   It will be the same policy number, same terms, same staff answering the phones, same software generating the letters and the same investment funds.   It will literally be just a logo change in the corner.    In time, Phoenix will look at whether they can be moved onto other software and into their other call centres but if they cannot, they will just keep it running as it is.
Any idea if the same system will be in place for the transfer out of pensions?
I started a transfer of my Stakeholder pension from L&G to HL on the 24th August, hoping to beat the change over to ReAssure.
HL originally stated that it would be an electronic transfer and take less than two weeks but then a few days later, after receiving notification from L&G, they sent a message to say the pension was being migrated to ReAssure and they would contact them for the transfer when it was complete.

That seems really unfair. I guess all you can do is give HL another nudge so they can attempt the transfer again.

I received the welcome pack at the weekend and that confirmed that the transfer to ReAssure is supposed to happen today (with the portal being activated on the 9th).

It was L&G who seemed to have stopped transfers out in the interim.
Registered into the ReAssure online account yesterday and it was showing my pension as terminated, and today the cash showed up in my HL SIPP ready to invest. That was fast from ReAssure.
