Hi
I am buying a house where the seller has built a bungalow in the garden and erected fencing to divide up the land. Our conveyancer has advised us that the sellers solicitor is currently arranging the TP1/Land Registry. Can anyone advise how long this usually takes please.
Thanks

Piece of string!Probably need a survey to produce 2 Plans showing the divide.LR backlog? Weeks a few months? The LR Rep may enlighten!Of course, if the LR query the paperwork, or require a site visit, it could be longer0

If it's holding up your purchase the seller's solicitor can request that the Land Registry expedite the application.1
