The court process is done online, but what about the pre-action protocol as part of the Civil Procedure Rules? ;)
Not sure what that means. I did my initial court request, it told them they had a certain number of days to pay, a few days after that end date, I logged in and it said I was eligible to request a CCJ so I did and I was told it would take 10 days for a decision and I got a letter saying that it was granted 14 days after that request. In total about 6-7 weeks

So you've got a default judgment.

You didn't send them a letter before action prior to initiating court action? If not then 6-7 weeks is feasible ... but then you've technically breached the Civil Procedure Rules which may give the other party a means to get the judgment set aside. If you did send an LBA then there's no way you could be at judgment phase in 6-7 weeks.

Did you specify the correct address for the company (on your claim form)? You may have a default judgment because they didn't receive the court claim.

I gave them a letter before action and gave them a week to reply. I also put the address that was listed on the invoice. One problem may be even though I put the correct spelling (and I'm 100% sure of it), the person in the court who wrote the CCJ letter missed a letter of the company name. Will that be a problem?

Could be if there are other companies with a similar name
