Since the 6 Nations got postponed and then Italy on Lockdown, I have been trying to get a refund for the accommodation and match tickets bought via groupon with worldchoice sports, this has been going on for a couple weeks now, WCS fb website has not been updated since 14th March and they just say until the italian rugby federation give a rescheduled date for the match there is nothing they can do, I spoke to Groupon who say if I get a refund Authorisation email from WCS then they will refund me, I have emailed WCS numerous times to get this but they do not respond at all??? What are my rights??

Used Worldchoice Sports for Italy V Scotland in  Feb 2020 just at the point Covid became rife in Italy
Then booked to use them for France V Scotland in Feb this year. I did send emails leading back to Nov/Dec20 asking about the likelihood of this match getting cancelled.. Worldchoice did state I would have to wait until after the scheduled match date was past.
I did receive a full refund from them following on from the fixture date being past ... They stated it could take up to 14 fays for the refund to go into my account which it did.
All corrersondance was with "Raj" . I kept the email trail and continued to add to & use this during all communication with them.
PS Have rebooked for Italy next year
