Littlewoods Account in Credit

Hi all, I paid off my entire Littlewoods balance in February, what I didn't realise was they would make an interest adjustment for everything on BNPL so my account is currently over £700 in credit on top of my credit limit.  I don't want to spend this with them - how should I go about getting this refunded?  Do I have a right to the refund or will this be only if I close my account with them?

I haven't got that far yet - I only discovered this last night and the phone lines have ridiculous waiting times, wanted to try and find out my rights before I call.

Legally they now have to refund any positive balances so they should refund back to your card.
