Pausing Pension during this period

Just about to go to 3 day working week and part of the form asks if we want to pause our pension contributions, I currently do this via salary sacrifice of £106 per month, is this worth considering?

It depends on your affordabilty. One thing to bear in mind is that you won't be spending out as much on going out and travel. If you can afford to do so, and your job is safe I'd try to continue. However make sure that as well as pension you have some immediate financial cushion incase things get worse
