I am a community midwife for the NHS. I have been the victim of PayPal based fraud. After an extremely busy day I received emails from ‘PayPal’ telling me that a bike we had for sake had been bought by 2 people. The only way I could refund the money held from them was to pay the delivery charge included in the payment. I was unable to speak to PayPal due to skeleton staff. My call was disconnected. I have contacted my bank, the bank the money was paid to PayPal, watchdog and money saving expert but am getting very little response. Please all be very vigilant and keep safe
