Hi not sure if this is a good forum to post this on but i was wondering if you can do a 5 way multi swap, is this possible. If so then does it take longer than the usual swap? Thanks in advance guys been told it’s 4 so just curious now.

Sorry should have clarified. Yes it is social housing. I’m with Guinness trust.0

I believe you can do what you like but the more involved the harder it is to set up, and the more people you have to trust not to drop out at the last minute.1

It's an absolute nightmare to coordinate from both the landlord perspective and tenant.
Seen it done and seen the fall out midway through between swappers.
Homeswapper would be a good place for advice. Not sure what you have that says it can't be done.
