Hi
I was travelling on the 7th April
due to government policy no travel.
i decided to ask for a refund on my holiday. The travel insurance company said speak to my travel provider, the travel provider said speak to your travel insurance company. The travel insurance company then said speak to your credit card company the credit card company said speak to the travel insurance company so I did again
they then said we will look into it gave all the details and they would call me back. They have not yet it’s been a nightmare so far.
Can anyone tell me what my rights are? will the insurance company cover all the cost of my holiday? Part of it?  I am with Direct Line
