Hi has anyone exchanged and completed the same day? I am thinking of this but I have a help to buy isa that needs sorting out but also have to give notice on flat and my payment this month would take me to 23rd April.
If we can get the house quicker it would be great as I can submit my notice. He is waiting on local searches and said could be any day now.
Any chance of it happening
