I've booked a room in travel lodge from 13th March to 27th March 2020 on a saver rate. Due to travel ban/ corona virus spread, I am not able to travel. I requested for a refund to which they said they can't refund based on the policy. It's 511 pounds. Please could you let me know if I will be able to get a refund due to the current crisis.
