Virgin Flight Cancelled, Southall Travel refuse Refund

I have flights booked on Virgin Atlantic, which I bought through Southall Travel. Southall Travel are now hanging up the phone and being rude when I ask for a refund, saying that Virgin are only giving vouchers. Any idea what I should do? I paid with my credit card.

Do a chargeback first, then S75. Also you should make a complaint to ABTA, since they're a member. They have clearly given you deliberate misinformation about VA only giving vouchers, it's utter nonsense.
Don't wait on vague promises of refunds 'once the airlines refund us'. If you do, many of these agents may be out of business by the time any refund arrives.
