Paying for childcare during shut down?
Comments
-
I have a close relation who is a dog walker.
None of her clients have complained about having to pay a retainer to “keep their place”,whilst they walk their own dogs(in between working from home). She charges £12 per hour
I have another close relation who is a childminder.
2 out of her 4 clients are bleating about paying a retainer whilst she is forced by the government to close. She charges £6.50 per hour.

it is one thing paying a retainer but quite another to seek to maintain the same/increased income without providing the service. I know it has been imposed upon people and it is an awful situation but how much people are asking for needs to be properly considered/calculated in order to be fair.junglejim2 said:I have a close relation who is a dog walker.
