Doesn't make sense to me. What do you mean by "a flat that is on probation period"?0

Do you mean you're on a probation period in a new job?2024 wins: *must start comping again!*1

Either what hazyjo said or alternatively, do you mean it is a probate property (i.e. the former owner has died and the estate is awaiting probate before selling)?2

I don't think English is the OP's first language so they may be understandably confused by similar sounding wordsIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1

No, I been told that there is a probation period in this property which is about 3 months I don’t know the reason for this probation. I’m just concerned if the end of this probation any things can charge or affect the purchase? Yes English is not my first language but I am not stupid.hazyjo said:Do you mean you're on a probation period in a new job?0 -

sorry but you ARE confusing us. The idea that a buyer can be in a 3 month "probation" period when purchasing a property is not normal in the UK. Please can you explain exactly what you mean as I think you have something mixed up.Alexandre81 said:

Which word do you mean?
1/ The property is a probate property: The sellers are selling it as their relative died.
2/ You are on probation in your job. You started your job recently and are still on probation, which will last 3-6 months.
3/ Other, that we haven't yet worked out.3 -

Perhaps you could* tell us who told you this, when and in what context, or better still:* quote the exact words from whatever document you have read this in, and* provide the context (ie where in the document you found it)* tell us what document (or solicitor's letter, estate agents marketing etc) this is specified in3 -
No. I’m just saying exactly what’s I been told, the selling will not happen until the end of this probation period, you guys just never came across of this, so it’s seems all confusing. I better off give them a call and find out about this probation as I’m getting curious why there is a probation, as it’s mentioned here earlier, I suspect that the husband has deceased. Once I find out I will share here the puzzle.oldbikebloke said:Alexandre81 said:
